My Muscle Rub


My Muscle Rub - This is an excellent rub for sore, tired muscles at the end of the day or a hard workout. Also works great on sprains, strains, and bruises. This rub is very analgesic and helps to relieve inflammation of the muscles and skin. The cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and clove help to increase circulation.

Apply ¼ tsp to sore muscles Avoid broken skin.
Do not use during pregnancy.
Ingredients: olive oil infused  st. johns wort, cayenne powder, cinnamon, chamomile, and clove, beeswax, willow bark, cinnamon, and clove bud essential oil

We also make a blend without using chamomile for those that are allergic to the ragweed family.
